Then the build, production-ready from the first commit. Authentication and authorization done right from the start. Tests around the paths that matter. CI/CD, health checks, and separate environments from day one. Secrets managed properly, deploys automated. These are the boring, load-bearing things that turn a demo into a product: the modern best practices, actually practiced.

Then a real handoff. Documentation, a walkthrough call, and every credential and account in your hands. The codebase is structured so you can keep building on it, with or without AI tools, and without calling me first.
