Privacy policy

This site is operated by Dustin Kendall ("I", "me"). The short version: this site sets no cookies, builds no advertising profiles, and collects nothing about you beyond what you choose to send when you book a call or email me.

What this site does not do

• No cookies, and no cookie banner — because there is nothing to consent to.
• No advertising, ad pixels, or cross-site tracking of any kind.
• No sale, rental, or sharing of personal information with third parties for their own use.
• No accounts, no forms that store data on this domain, no databases behind this site.

Analytics

I use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-first measurement tool. It reports aggregate page-view counts and performance data. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not build an individual profile of your visit. To count visits without cookies, Cloudflare briefly processes your IP address and browser type; it does not store them against you or use them to identify you.

Booking a call

Scheduling is provided by Cal.com. When you book, you provide your name, email address, and answers to three short qualifying questions (company, what you're struggling with, company size). That information goes to Cal.com to create the booking and is handled under Cal.com's privacy policy; I receive it as the meeting organizer and use it only to prepare for and conduct our call. This site itself stores none of it.

Email

If you email me, I keep the correspondence like any professional would — to respond, follow up, and maintain a record of our conversation. I don't add you to mailing lists.

Where your information is processed

The two services this site relies on — Cal.com for booking and Cloudflare for analytics — run on their own infrastructure, which may be located outside your country. Each handles your information under its own privacy policy: Cal.com and Cloudflare.

How long I keep it

I keep booking details and email correspondence only as long as they're useful for our work together and a normal business record of it — and I'll delete them sooner on request.

Your choices

Wherever you live — including the EU, UK, and California — you can ask for a copy of what I hold from our correspondence or booking, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email dustinjkendall1@gmail.com and I'll take care of it. I don't sell or share personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with an updated effective date. Material changes won't apply retroactively to information you already sent.
